DELIVERY

  • Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change. Please note that delivery times for orders to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch may be 2-3 business days longer than the shipping times for Germany.
  • Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Germany. However, we are working on being able to ship across Europe soon. Customers from Switzerland have the option of ordering through the MeinEinkauf.ch service. MeinEinkauf handles all import duties for a small fee and delivers your goods directly to your home. Learn how it works here.

*Delivery costs apply to deliveries within Germany. Swiss customers ordering through the MeinEinkauf.ch service will receive an additional delivery fee from our service partner starting at CHF 17.90.

  • Vouchers issued by us will not be credited towards shipping costs, unless they are vouchers for free shipping.
  • The shipping costs are displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

DELIVERY STATUS

Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using the link provided there.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If the item you ordered is not available despite having placed your order, we apologize and will notify you immediately by email. We maintain our warehouse very carefully, but unfortunately, stock outs do occasionally occur. We will endeavor to resupply the item. If the product is permanently out of stock, we will cancel the order in consultation with you and refund the amount immediately.

For our Swiss customers: About MyShopping.ch You can shop easily in our shop with low shipping costs and, above all, WITHOUT customs duties.

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch . Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. Using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

3. Place your order in our shop by providing your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address

4. Please use only the following shipping AND billing address:

In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method. Possible payment methods are:

1. Credit card

2. PayPal

3. Instant bank transfer

4. Advance payment

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team will remain informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders."

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch along with your goods.

Please note that, for customs reasons, goods delivered to you via MeinEinkauf.ch must also be returned using the MeinEinkauf.ch returns service. Learn how to do this here.
